body composition (% body fat, water, lean muscle), height, weight,
blood pressure, lung function, aerobic capacity, muscular strength
and endurance, flexibility capacity.
HOME WORKOUT - £40
Don’t want to work out in a gym? Not using your current
gym membership? No time
Let me design you a personalised home workout program where
you only require some basic and inexpensive equipment. I will
help with this too, explaining what equipment and where to purchase.
It might be some stretch bands? Or a gym ball or some dumbbells?
Or a combination. Again it is PERSONAL TO YOU
Your home work out will offer you diagrams and a full explanation
of exercises, including warm ups and stretching, and how often
and how intense.
